Dear Hoshi customers,

1. We are setting drop off times when you call to schedule an appointment to avoid groupings.
2. No more than 3 customers in office.
3. No waiting in the office (there is a one person waiting room just for the oil change person that has scheduled to wait).
4. Currently no shuttle rides.

DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS:

1. You may drop off contact-less at the back door with envelopes we have provided.
2. You may drop off and pick up vehicles in the front office.
