I can't recommend this place enough. I've been going to Hoshi for about 6 years now and I think it's special how strongly I feel about the team and the service they provide. They've always been honest, trustworthy and reliable. Brown has always helped me to think through repairs in my car and how to best tackle big financial investments. And most recently, the whole team went above and beyond in a recent car fiasco that really won be over even more than they already had. I thought my car was done for good and everyone at Hoshi including- Janelle, Brown and the owner, Brandon, helped me answer big questions about how to go about buying a new car (I've never bought a new car, I am a single woman and don't have a lot of men in my life that can help me think through this). But Hoshi made sure to make me feel like I have them to support me and guide me through such an endeavor like buying a new car! Thanks to the wise and sound advice from Brandon I was able to get my broken down car over to the team at Hoshi- and to my good fortune, she's up and running again! The last 2 weeks could have been super overwhelming and stressful for me, but they weren't and a huge part of that was because of this whole team and how kind, helpful and good they are to their customers. Yay Hoshi!
